Spelling

Can someone please spell Kelley for us in Bulgarin? We can not figure out how to spell the long "E" sound in Bulgarian. We have figured out the K, the short e, and the l sound but not the "ey" sound. Is there one for it? Also, we are assuming that we only write one "L" symbol since you only hear it once. Is this correct?
